Tempel Wines "Oogwink" Shiraz 2022 (75cl)

Tasting notes: Named after the phrase that translates into “an eye wink” , the 2021 Oogwink comes with a compressed frame of red florals before red spice and smoked black peppercorn mingle with hints of cured sausages. Medium to full bodied. The palate displays fine-grained tannins with elegance and precision offering notes of cherry and peppercorn and delightful finish.
Soil: Sandy soils
Vinification: Natural fermented in open concrete tanks. Manual punch downs during fermentation at 20-25 C. Matured in 300L French oak barrels and concrete egg for 12 months.
